With almost 100 years of com­bined design and joiner engi­neer­ing expe­ri­ence, we are able to cre­ate 2d and/​or 3d draw­ings of your project. We can do this from sup­plied designer draw­ings or from mea­sur­ing the spaces our­selves. We are accus­tomed to tak­ing onsite dimen­sions for final draw­ing manip­u­la­tions. Our joiner engi­neers have many years expe­ri­ence mas­sag­ing Gen­eral Arrange­ments around nor­mal obsta­cles like struc­ture, HVAC, Plumb­ing, elec­tri­cal, Appli­ances, etc.

You will find soft­ware we use to be some of the lat­est and most com­pre­hen­sive on the mar­ket; Auto­CAD, Auto­CAD Inven­tor, Microv­el­lum, Mas­ter­CAM, and Rhino3d are cad soft­ware presently used. One of our engi­neer­ing team is a cer­ti­fied soft­ware programmer.

Draw­ings cre­ated by our joiner engi­neer­ing team are com­plete with per­spec­tives, exploded assem­bly per­spec­tives, plan views, sec­tions and detail views, and some­times col­ored ren­der­ings. Hav­ing Archi­tec­tural Wood­work Insti­tute (AWI) QCP “Pre­mium” Q-​accreditation, draw­ing stan­dards and sub­mit­tal processes are adhered to. Once draw­ings go through the usual review and approval processes with the shop super­vi­sor and cus­tomer, nested based cnc code is pro­duced auto­mat­i­cally accord­ing to mate­r­ial type. This means that mate­ri­als are opti­mized to the fullest and waste is at a minimum.

We will review the draw­ings with you in order to con­firm they truly reflect your wishes. If any­thing is pos­si­ble, we will sug­gest Value Engi­neer­ing (VE) to either increase your prod­ucts func­tion or reduce it’s cost.
