If your project is of a certain size, we will manage it with typical “Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK) standards. We will guide it through the initial stages, it’s lifecycle through the shop, and it’s closure. Microsoft Project software will be utilized to help visually and logically plan this. The project (or Scope of Work) will be broken down into phases on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with estimated completion times and actual completion times being monitored. Tracking these items will help make our milestones. This also helps us to use EVM (Earned Value Management) for fair billing.
